本条不需要许多表明。众所周知，新注册的账户都长短白名单，非白名单账户可以参加倒计时挖矿（倒计时挖矿部门暂存于云账本，只有在开通白名单后这部门挖矿才可以支配），非白名单账户也可以参加质押挖矿（需要从场外可能生意业务所买币参加为前提）。
